1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account and subscribing to Lead Assurance Pros services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our platform. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time with notice provided via email.
2. Agent Eligibility
Our services are available exclusively to licensed insurance agents and agency owners. By signing up you confirm that you hold a valid insurance license in the states where you will be working leads. You agree to use leads only for lawful insurance sales purposes. You are responsible for maintaining your license in good standing.
3. Subscription & Payment
Services require a one-time setup fee of $1,500 and a monthly subscription based on your selected tier: Starter $499/month (6-8 leads), Core $997/month (15-18 leads), Growth $1,497/month (22-28 leads), Agency $2,500+/month (38-45 leads). Subscriptions are billed monthly. Your subscription renews automatically unless cancelled. Setup fees are non-refundable.
4. Refund Policy
Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable once leads have been delivered for that billing period. If no leads have been delivered in a billing period, you may request a credit toward the following month. Setup fees are non-refundable as they cover account configuration, territory setup, and onboarding. If you experience technical issues preventing lead delivery, contact support within 48 hours at dillon@leadassurepro.com.
5. Lead Usage
Leads provided through our platform are for your exclusive use only. You may not resell, transfer, share, or redistribute leads to any third party. You may not use leads for any purpose other than lawful insurance sales outreach. Violation of this policy will result in immediate account termination with no refund.
6. TCPA Compliance Responsibility
All leads generated through our platform include documented TCPA consent obtained at the time of form submission. A TrustedForm certificate is attached to every lead record as proof of consent. You are responsible for conducting all outreach in compliance with applicable federal and state laws including TCPA, CAN-SPAM, and state telemarketing regulations. Lead Assurance Pros provides compliance documentation but is not liable for how agents conduct their outreach.
7. Platform Use
You agree not to use our platform for any unlawful purpose. You agree not to attempt to access other agents accounts or data. You agree not to reverse engineer, copy, or redistribute any part of our platform. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without refund.
8. Limitation of Liability
Lead Assurance Pros is not liable for the outcome of any sales conversations, policy sales, or agent-consumer interactions. We do not guarantee a specific close rate or revenue outcome from leads provided. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the current billing period. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our platform.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email at least 7 days before they take effect. Continued use of our platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
